Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to work within their maintenance division with a strong focus on refurbishment and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible to commence and complete jobs to final account.

• Social Housing projects
• Mechanical & Electrical
• Roofing & Scaffolding
• Brickwork
• Plastering & Dry Lining
• Windows
• Painting
• Plumbing
• Concrete repairs
• Flooring
• Lifts

Qualifications and experience:

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on maintenance projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in construction software
