Job Description
Our client is a tier one main contractor, we are assisting them with their search for a freelance Site Manager to join their team on week 3 of an 83 week programme on a £100m CAT A commercial office fit out located in London's west end.
The project will involve almost doubling the existing office space by adding three extra floors and will deliver 94,000 sq ft of offices over seven floors.
The role will involve managing the demolition, enabling works and ground works packages, previous experience managing these packages will be key.
You must have an in date CSCS card, first aid & SMSTS in order to apply.
