A design-led, commercially astute construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Sevenoaks office.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a forward-thinking practice where quality, collaboration, and creativity are at the heart of everything they do. Working closely with Directors, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a strategic role in managing key client relationships, overseeing delivery teams, and steering high-value projects.
This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a client-facing role and is ready to take ownership of projects and people. You'll have the autonomy to lead, develop client accounts, and mentor a talented team of Quantity Surveyors-within a business that champions professional development and internal progression.
Projects include prime residential, commercial fit-out, healthcare, retail & leisure, education, industrial, infrastructure and local authority developments.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc) or similar
- MRICS
- Proven experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
- Strong pre & post contract experience
- Strong communication and client facing skills
- Comfortable managing & mentoring a team
