London Based (must be open to travelling Nationwide) Up to 63,000 + Travel & Benefits Package

A leading name in the structural steel and timber industry is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.

Based on projects in and around London, this role will also require travel to sites across the UK, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a diverse range of high-profile and technically challenging projects.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations on structural steel and timber projects
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Monitor programme performance, quality, and health & safety compliance
• Act as the main point of contact on site throughout project delivery

Requirements

• Proven Site Management experience within the structural steel and/or structural timber sector
• Strong understanding of steel erection and timber construction processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Relevant site management qualifications and tickets (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, etc.)
• Must be open to travelling nationwide if projects are outside of London
