A significant amount of work is received through recommendations from clients as well as from local estate agents with whom we have excellent relationships.Your role as part of our residential property team will include acting for clients in a broad range of residential property work, primarily freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including for investor clients), transfers of equity and remortgages. While you will be supported in your work, you will be capable of running your own caseload with minimal supervision.
