Job Title: Multi-Skilled Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative

Location: North / West London

Contract: Ongoing

Pay: Negotiable

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to carry out reactive maintenance and refurbishment works within domestic and social housing properties.

Main Responsibilities

• Reactive plumbing repairs
• Bathroom and kitchen works
• Leak detection and repairs
• Tiling, painting and decorating
• Carpentry and basic plastering
• General multi-trade maintenance
• Working within occupied properties

Qualifications / Experience

• Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience
• Experience in domestic or social housing maintenance
• Skilled in tiling, painting, carpentry and general repairs
• NVQ Plumbing desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence required
• Good communication and customer service skills
