Job Title: Experienced Electrician with Social Housing Background
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £36,000 plus van, fuel card and company benefits.

About Us:
Our client are a reputable social housing provider committed to maintaining high-quality living standards. They are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician with experience in social housing projects to join their dedicated reactive maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs within social housing properties.
- Carry out regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
- Work collaboratively with other tradespeople to deliver a high standard of service.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including compliance documentation.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, liaising with tenants to ensure minimal disruption and effective resolution of issues.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Fully qualified Electrician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (latest edition).
- City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent
- AM2 or equivalent
- Experience working in the social housing sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with the latest electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Full UK driving license (essential).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Testing and Inspection qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with tenants.
- Experience working within a housing association or local authority environment.
