My client is a well-established construction company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the region. Currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a variety of construction projects (residential and commercial), overseeing day-to-day site operations, and driving the project from groundwork to handover.

About the Role:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

  • Manage and coordinate all phases of the build, from groundworks to final finishes
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Monitor progress against the programme and report regularly to the Contracts Manager
  • Enforce and maintain site health & safety standards and carry out site inductions/toolbox talks
  • Keep accurate site records and ensure all documentation is completed
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and local authorities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing projects
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), and First Aid at Work certification
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams under tight deadlines
  • Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and construction quality standards
