💰 £70,000–£80,000 plus annual bonus up to 18%

Associate Building Surveyor opportunity in Birmingham for an MRICS qualified professional seeking senior client leadership within a commercial multidisciplinary consultancy. This is a Permanent full-time role with hybrid working, combining technical delivery, fee generation, and regional office growth responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial building surveying instructions across the Midlands
• Manage client relationships, fee growth, and repeat business opportunities
• Oversee dilapidations, technical due diligence, and project delivery
• Mentor surveyors and coordinate multidisciplinary consultancy teams
• Support operational planning and regional growth

Requirements

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• Commercial consultancy experience across professional and project services
• Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Team leadership and client management experience

Salary & Package

• £70,000–£80,000 base salary
• Annual bonus up to 18%
