The Role

You’ll manage a commercial portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving asset performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of retail properties
• Building strong landlord & tenant relationships
• Client reporting and strategic advice
• Rent reviews, lease renewals & tenant matters
• Service charge management and compliance
• Working closely with FM teams and supporting junior staff

About You

• MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Strong commercial property management background
• Confident, client-facing and proactive
• Ambitious with a collaborative mindset
