The Role
You’ll manage a commercial portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving asset performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of retail properties
- Building strong landlord & tenant relationships
- Client reporting and strategic advice
- Rent reviews, lease renewals & tenant matters
- Service charge management and compliance
- Working closely with FM teams and supporting junior staff
About You
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong commercial property management background
- Confident, client-facing and proactive
- Ambitious with a collaborative mindset
