The Opportunity
As we continue to expand our presence in the UK market, we are seeking experienced Property Consultants with a strong background in new homes and off-plan sales.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international brand, work with premium developments, and build relationships with both local and overseas investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell new-build developments and resale properties across London and key UK regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Work closely with developers on new launches, marketing initiatives, and property listings
- Collaborate with colleagues across our international offices in London, Dubai, India, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar
- Deliver exceptional client service while achieving sales targets
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential real estate, new homes, or off-plan sales
- Proven track record of successfully closing transactions and generating repeat business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven
- Passion for property and delivering outstanding customer experiences
