As part of this journey, they are seeking a Senior to Director-level Professional Surveyor & Valuer with a defined route to part-equity. This is a genuine opportunity to play a role in shaping the firm’s future direction.

The Role
You’ll play a central role in the firm’s professional services offering, working across a broad mix of instructions including:
- Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
- Valuations
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Work generated from both an existing management portfolio and external clients
What We’re Looking For
- Commercial / General Practice surveying experience
- MRICS preferred
- Proactive, commercially minded approach
- A personable, relationship-driven surveyor who values client care and long-term partnerships
