In this role, you'll need a proven track record in the residential sector, showcasing your expertise in building high-quality homes. Key qualifications include SMSTS, First Aid, and a CSCS Card. You'll work closely with the surveying and procurement team to secure the right sub-contractors and report directly to the Build Manager. The project involves developing 190 traditional built homes and apartments, ranging from 1 to 3bedrooms.
