We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to join a large, well-established on-site engineering team at a highly prestigious central London commercial development. This is a Monday to Friday days-based role 8:00am-5:00pm, offering excellent stability, training, and long-term development within a flagship building services environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across all plumbing and mechanical systems, ensuring the site is maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across plumbing and mechanical systems
• Respond to reactive maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs on site systems
• Support wider engineering team with general building services tasks
• Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety standards and site procedures
• Maintain accurate records of works completed

Requirements

• Qualified plumber (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
• Proven experience in commercial maintenance or building services environments
• Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance processes
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a large team
• Professional attitude and strong problem-solving ability

Package

• Salary: £43,000 - £45,000
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
