I’m working with a leading independent built environment consultancy that is growing its Cardiff team and looking for an MRICS-qualified Associate Building Surveyor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
You’ll be working across a wide range of commercial Building Surveying disciplines, including:
🔹 Contract Administration
🔹 Technical Due Diligence
🔹 Dilapidations
🔹 Building Pathology
🔹 Commercial Building Surveying duties
