CANDIDATES MUST BE BASED IN NORTH / NORTHWEST OR EAST LONDON The Role: This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties. Duties: * Carpentry * Plumbing * Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works * Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens * Patch Plastering * Snagging Works * Logging works via PDA * Liaising with customers, clients, and staff Company Benefits: * £23 Per Hour * Performance bonus * Company pension * Company Van * Fuel Card * Trade Card * Power Tools Candidate Requirements * Full UK Drivers Licence * Core Carpentry & Plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 Carpentry & City & Guilds Plumbing HIGHLY desirable) * 2+ years’ experience within Social Housing / Housing Association / Voids Working Hours * Temp – Perm * Monday Friday * 42.5 Hours Per Week * Lunch Break
