A construction consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, on-site role in London. The position involves cost planning, cost management, and financial control across construction projects, particularly mixed-use developments, during later delivery stages. Responsibilities include preparing and analysing Bills of Quantities, producing cost reports and forecasts, and collaborating with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to high standards.
Essential:
- Construction Knowledge/Background
- MCIOB or MRICS
- Has consultancy experience
- Prepared to travel at least 2 days a week or be on site depending on project requirement

Title: Quantity Surveyor
Experience required: Achieved or working towards Chartered Status.
Salary: up to £45,000 - £55,000
