This is an opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a well‑regarded London consultancy and build a proper long‑term career, not just tick off a first job. You’ll be part of an established Building Consultancy team with a steady pipeline of commercial work, giving you real variety and early client exposure.

Working alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors, you will:

• Support on a mix of project and professional instructions across the commercial sector.
• Assist with surveys, inspections, technical reports and project delivery.
• Gain exposure to client meetings and day‑to‑day project coordination.
• Develop your technical skills while working towards your APC and MRICS.
