Chartered Building Surveyor opportunity in London for an MRICS qualified professional seeking broader technical responsibility within a commercial consultancy environment. This is a Permanent full-time role with hybrid working and a salary of £50,000–£60,000 plus package and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dilapidations instructions for landlord and tenant clients
• Undertake condition surveys, technical reporting and contract administration
• Prepare technical advice and survey documentation
• Support client relationship management and fee proposal activity
• Manage multiple instructions independently

Requirements

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
• Relevant degree qualification
• Consultancy-based Building Surveying experience
• Experience across professional surveying instructions
• Strong commercial awareness
