Ignite is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth FMCG brand in the search for a Demand Planning Manager. This is a key role within a dynamic and fast-scaling business as it continues to expand its retail and wholesale presence both domestically and internationally.

They are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented demand planning professional to lead forecasting for the UK business. You will play a central role in the S&OP process, working closely with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure accurate, data-driven demand plans that support operational efficiency and commercial success.

Sitting at the heart of the organisation, you will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners to drive forecasting excellence, challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy at SKU level. You will also lead a high-performing demand planning team, ensuring clear communication, strong performance and continuous development.

You will take ownership of demand planning KPIs, drive root cause analysis for forecast variance, support NPD launch planning, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. You will also play a key role in enhancing reporting and data visibility, leveraging tools such as Power BI to generate actionable insights across the business.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy combining data with commercial insight, and are passionate about building best-in-class forecasting processes, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing and ambitious brand.

⭐️ Experience leading and developing a team or are looking for this in your next role

⭐️ Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and driving KPI performance

⭐️ Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders

⭐️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

🤝 People are at the heart of everything we do. We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process that means people can be their best authentic self. ❤️

We would love to reply to all applications, regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive, so if you do not hear back within 14 days unfortunately on this role it won’t be progressing. It is possible that the position could be in the process of closing, so chalk it up to bad timing. But, have no fear! There will be more opportunities. Follow us so you don’t miss them. 👀
