Site Manager - Passive Fire Protection

Swindon Area - Up to 50,000 + Package

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee Passive Fire Protection projects across the Swindon area.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on fire stopping, fire door, and compartmentation projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and audits.
• Maintain site documentation, reports, RAMS, and compliance records.
• Liaise with clients, residents, and stakeholders on occupied properties.
• Enforce health & safety standards across site activities.

Requirements

• Proven Site Manager experience within Passive Fire Protection.
• Strong knowledge of fire stopping and fire doors.
• Experience working on social housing or occupied residential projects.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Manager Card.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• FIRAS, BM TRADA, or similar accreditation knowledge desirable.
• First Aid at Work preferred.

• Up to 50,000 salary.
