What You Can Expect
- Work closely with clients, enterprise architects, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to design secure technology solutions.
- Define security architectures, guardrails, and strategic roadmaps that enable secure digital transformation.
- Lead security architecture engagements from discovery and assessment through to implementation and assurance.
- Assess threats, vulnerabilities, and existing security controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop security recommendations, risk metrics, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate client workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder meetings, translating complex security concepts into clear business language.
- Support cloud transformation programmes by embedding security across infrastructure, applications, identities, and data.
- Collaborate with technology alliance partners and cloud providers to design secure, scalable solutions.
- Contribute to business development activities, client proposals, thought leadership, and the growth of the wider cyber security practice.
- Mentor and support junior team members while helping shape security best practices across projects.
Essential Requirements

You'll likely bring:
- Strong experience in Security Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Cyber Security Consulting.
- The ability to communicate security and risk concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience designing security architectures across enterprise and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of major cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Practical experience applying security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and OWASP.
- Understanding of cloud security controls including identity, network security, encryption, and key management.
- Experience with logging, monitoring, SIEM technologies, threat detection, and security operations concepts.
- Knowledge of cyber risk management, threat intelligence, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology or security transformation programmes.
- Strong consulting skills, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and the production of high-quality written deliverables.
Equivalent industry experience and practical expertise will also be considered.
