Site Manager - Amenity Projects Location: Poplar, London Contract: Temporary ongoing Salter Grange are leading the recruitment for a Site Manager to oversee residential amenity projects including swimming pools and gyms, for a main contractor based in Poplar. Key responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedulesRequirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on amenity projects such as gyms and swimming pools Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related fieldTo be considered for this position, please apply now with your most up to date CV
