About the Company
McAllister Group, a Vortex Company, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery and financial performance of sewage, drainage and civil infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing commercial operations from pre-construction through to final account. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably, risks are effectively managed, and commercial controls are consistently applied across the business.
About the Rol
eWe are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to take full financial and contractual ownership of our specialised infrastructure projects from tender through to final account. This isn't just about standard civil builds; you will be managing the commercial frameworks for high-tech, fast-paced trenchless technology and design consultancy frameworks
.
You will oversee all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost planning, procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, change control, risk management, and final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in line with contractual requirements. Working closely with operational teams, clients, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in maximising commercial performance and supporting the successful delivery of projects across the busines
