I'm working with a highly regarded, independent construction consultancy in Suffolk seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading cost management on complex new build hospitals, educational institutions, commercial developments, and sports facilities 🏥
• Managing cost plans, procurement strategies, and contract administration across diverse sectors 📊
• Developing key client relationships with NHS trusts, local authorities, developers, and leisure operators 🤝

Essential Requirements:

• Professional qualification or actively working towards 🎓
• Minimum 5 years' UK experience, preferably in healthcare, education, commercial, or sports sectors
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
