Solutions Architect

Role: Solution Architect

Type: Permanent, full-time

Location: London (Hybrid 2-3x a week in office)

Salary: circa £110K package

Overview:

We’re currently supporting a large organisation undergoing significant transformation in the search for a Solution Architect to join a growing function.

This role suits an experienced Solution Architect who enjoys working hands‑on across complex, large‑scale programmes, collaborating closely with delivery teams and senior stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own solution architecture across multiple initiatives within a complex environment
• Design scalable, end‑to‑end solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
• Define architectural patterns, integration approaches, and high‑level designs
• Partner with delivery teams to support solutions through to implementation
• Engage with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and gain buy‑in
• Contribute to technology and solution direction across the wider landscape

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Solution Architect role
• Strong understanding of solution and application architecture
• Experience operating within complex, enterprise‑scale environments
• Experience working across large-scale projects and programmes of work
• Ability to balance technical, delivery, and commercial considerations
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder‑management capability
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred, but not essential)
• Software Development background is preferred
• OT experience is a strong plus
