The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering large-scale new build projects for reputable main contractors, with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to site management.
Key responsibilities include:
👉Managing day-to-day site operations
👉Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards
👉Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
👉Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team
👉Ensuring successful project delivery from build phase through to completion
Requirements:
👉Strong background with recognised main contractors
👉Experience on major new build projects (£30m+ ideally)
👉Excellent communication and team leadership skills
👉SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid essential
👉Stable career history with demonstrable project success
