This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to handle a diverse portfolio of high‑quality Commercial Property matters.

The Role

You will be part of a busy, expanding team known for delivering exceptional results to a loyal and growing client base. Your caseload will include:

• Drafting and negotiating leases for landlords and tenants
• Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Acting for developers on site acquisitions, financing, and disposals
• Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
• Advising borrowers on refinancing transactions

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a solicitor who brings:

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical expertise
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• A proactive, detail‑driven approach with commercial awareness
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and contribute to business growth
