Location: Cheshire
Salary: 50-58,000

A well-established multidisciplinary practice is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architect to join its expanding team in Cheshire. This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious Senior Architect seeking to step into a senior role within a collaborative, supportive, and design-led environment. The successful individual will contribute to the delivery of a wide-ranging project portfolio spanning education, commercial, leisure, and public sector schemes.

The role

Taking responsibility for projects from early concept through to final completion across varied sectors
Leading design development alongside technical coordination and delivery
Developing and sustaining effective relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Producing, coordinating, and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation
Presenting project progress and design updates to clients and wider stakeholders
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
Ensuring high standards of design quality and technical delivery across all RIBA stages

Requirements for the Senior Architect role

ARB registered Architect with extensive post-Part III experience
Strong track record delivering projects across all RIBA stages
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
Proven leadership experience and project management capability
Highly proficient in Revit with strong technical detailing skills
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Strong commercial awareness with a professional and proactive mindset
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and fast-paced practice environment
