About the Role

A well-established property firm is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to take responsibility for a varied and high-volume portfolio. What You’ll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio.
• Manage tenant and landlord enquiries with a professional and solutions-focused approach.
• Prepare and administer service charge budgets, working closely with internal teams.
• Undertake regular property inspections, ensure statutory compliance and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
• Maintain a structured, consistent and professional approach to portfolio management.

Who You Are

• Well organised, dependable and able to perform effectively under pressure.
• MRICS preferred but not essential.
