Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

We have an immediately available requirement for a Project Lead who will head all production-related activities and report to a visiting Contracts Manager on a £43m new build luxury care home near Lord’s Cricket Ground in central London. The scheme comprises a 10 storey RC frame which will provide 100+ bedrooms with penthouse apartments within the upper floors. Works commenced in December so piling is underway and the frame is just starting so the successful candidate will require comprehensive knowledge of building mid rise RC frames and brickwork facades with stonework window surrounds. The Opportunity * Cradle to grave delivery of a landmark scheme in one of London’s most prestigious locations. * Long term employment anticipated with a highly respected, central London-based main contractor on new build major projects including schools + colleges, hotels and offices. Candidate Essentials * Experience of residential-led, new build major projects. * Available to take up employment by the end of January. * SMSTS and Black CSCS Card.
