We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established company specialising in high-quality fit-out projects. With a strong reputation for delivering excellence, this business is looking for a skilled professional to manage cost estimation and framework pricing for upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out projects.
• Analysing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Applying framework rates to estimates to ensure consistency and profitability.
• Producing detailed cost breakdowns for tender submissions.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of framework agreements and pricing structures.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of framework agreements, pricing structures, and cost estimation techniques.
• Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail in cost calculations and financial forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and estimates simultaneously.
