Overview
An established and growing contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven QS to work across a range of projects, gaining exposure to both UK and ROI sites while developing within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

The Role
You will play a key role within the commercial function, supporting the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and management of project cost plans and budgets
- Measurement, valuation, and agreement of works
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Preparation of interim valuations and final accounts
- Cost reporting and commercial forecasting
- Managing variations and change control processes
- Liaising with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure commercial efficiency
- Supporting project delivery across multiple live sites

Requirements
- Minimum 34 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Strong commercial awareness with a good understanding of construction processes
- Ability to manage costs across multiple projects
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard QS systems
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience within drylining / ceilings / interior fit-out projects

Role will involve travel across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and the UK
Flexibility for overnight stays is essential
