The successful candidate will become the central point of contact for all client accounting and reporting, taking ownership of financial processes across a growing commercial property portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounting matters, building trusted relationships
- Take ownership of client reporting, financial statements, and portfolio performance analysis
- Lead service charge accounting, budgeting, and reconciliations
- Deliver clear, insight-driven reporting to support decision-making and asset growth
- Partner with stakeholders to drive financial planning and cost control strategies
- Establish and improve processes, controls, and reporting structures
- Support the implementation of technology-driven financial systems and real-time data insights
About You
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
- Experience in property or real estate accounting
- Confident managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser
- Commercially minded, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight
- Proactive, hands-on, and motivated to build and improve processes
