St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join our high performing Commercial team, and work on our fantastic development in Hendrefoilan, Swansea
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage commercial performance to achieve our commercial strategy and objectives across the project

Manage all commercial, legal, financial and administrative responsibilities with suppliers and contractors across the project effectively

Work collaboratively with Project/Site Managers, Technical Managers and Sales Consultants

Fully understand and manage cost allowances across the Project, and ensure cost management against the same
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Demonstrable significant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Contractor or Housebuilder

A track record in delivering excellent commercial results over a Project
-
Strong commercial and technical skills
-
Full valid Driving Licence
