What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing accurate electrical estimates for tender submissions
- Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing
- Identifying risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
- Supporting bid submissions and attending tender meetings when required
- Collaborating with pre-construction and operational teams
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E or building services sector
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and tender documentation
- Solid commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Relevant electrical qualifications or trade background preferred
