- Assist with purchasing and procurement-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the efficient delivery of repair and maintenance services.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Good understanding of purchasing and procurement processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications and general office systems.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
