The Role
The successful candidate will work across a wide range of financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers, with particular exposure to real estate finance alongside general corporate and structured finance deals. This position offers close partner contact, involvement in high-profile transactions, and the chance to build strong client relationships across varied sectors.
What They’re Looking For
- Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 3–4 years’ PQE in banking and finance
- Experience acting for both lenders and borrowers on complex finance matters
- Ability to draft and negotiate loan and security documentation
- Strong academic background and excellent attention to detail
- Commercial outlook and client-facing skills
