Cognisite are working with an award-winning, privately-owned and premium Housebuilder that focus on quality craftmanship. They are seeking 3 Assistant Site Managers for several schemes in the West Midlands.

• Strong work pipeline/orderbook with several schemes in the area
• Above average compensation plus car, bonus & benefits
• Opportunities to step up from Assistant to Site Manager in the near future

The ideal candidate will have:

• Traditional build experience within residential housebuilding
• Experience managing schemes from start to finish
• Strong tenures, at least 2 years in previous roles within housebuilding
• Prior experience working in a PLC environment
