🚀 Hiring: GCP Architect – Telecom OSS/BSS | Terraform | Kubernetes

We are looking for an experienced GCP Architect to join our team and lead cloud transformation initiatives within Telecom OSS/BSS environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong Google Cloud Platform architecture expertise, hands-on cloud migration experience, and a solid understanding of telecom networks and operations.

📍 Location: Reading, UK

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (12 Days/Month Work from Office)

💼 Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Lead migration of Telecom OSS applications from on-premises environments to GCP

• Architect and implement cloud-native infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker

• Ensure cloud security, governance, performance, resilience, and disaster recovery capabilities

• Optimize cloud environments for operational efficiency and cost management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and operations teams to deliver telecom cloud transformation programs

• Establish cloud architecture standards, best practices, and deployment frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Strong experience as a GCP Architect

✅ Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform services and architecture

✅ Telecommunications domain experience, including:

• OSS/BSS

• RAN

• Core Network

• IP Transport

✅ Hands-on Terraform experience

✅ Strong Kubernetes (GKE) expertise

✅ Docker containerization experience

✅ Experience leading cloud migration initiatives to GCP

✅ Strong understanding of:

• Cloud Networking

• Cloud Security

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)

✅ Development or scripting experience in:

• Python

OR

• Java

Ideal Candidate

✔ Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud platforms

✔ Strong telecom transformation background

✔ Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders

✔ Strong problem-solving and architecture governance capabilities
