Senior Quantity Surveyor – South West London – To £90k + package
A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a development in the South West London region.
An interesting scheme that is a full conversion and refurbishment of an office block into a residential development. With demolition and a soft strip just starting, there will be an additional 2 storeys added to the development creating 123 units plus a luxury members club.
Reporting directly into the Commercial Lead, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of the project from an early stage. The position will involve full commercial management of packages, cost control, subcontractor management and supporting the wider commercial strategy for the development. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior commercial staff within the team.
