Job Title: Forklift Mechanic

Location: Nottingham

We are currently seeking a dedicated Mechanic to join our client at a leading UK manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical qualifications and be proficient in delivering maintenance support on a variety of equipment used in our production processes.

Key Requirements:

• Background in Mechanical engineering
• Background in Electrical engineering

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
• Utilize programmable logic controllers to monitor and control machinery operations.
• Interpret and follow schematics to perform maintenance tasks accurately.
• Weld components as needed to repair or fabricate parts.
• Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance staff, emphasizing teamwork and efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
• Driving to clients to work on site
