The Opportunity
You'll be joining an established Cost Management team delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, industrial, education, residential, mixed-use and advanced manufacturing. The business has built a reputation for providing a hands-on, client-focused service and continues to grow across its regional offices.
This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects, work closely with senior leadership and develop your career within a consultancy that actively invests in its people and professional development.
The Role
- Delivering pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
- Cost planning, procurement and tender management
- Contract administration and commercial reporting
- Managing client relationships and project stakeholders
- Supporting junior team members and APC candidates
- Working across multiple projects and sectors
- Providing commercially focused advice throughout project lifecycles
About You
- Consultancy Quantity Surveying or Cost Management background
- Experience delivering projects across the built environment
- Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
- Client-facing with good communication skills
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing consultancy
