A Tier-1 global technology partner of Simon James IT is looking for a high-calibre Oracle Retail MFCS Solution Lead/Architect to spearhead a pivotal transformation project that will redefine the retail landscape.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Retail solutions, focusing on MFCS v24+.
• Architect and design scalable solutions that seamlessly integrate upstream and downstream processes.
• Conduct solution architecture workshops with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs.
• Engage directly with dynamic retail transformation teams, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable, fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance custom applications within the retail ecosystem.

What You Bring:

• Solid experience in technology consulting, specializing in Oracle Retail implementations
• Proven track record in at least 2 successful MFCS v24+ implementations and hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Cloud v25.
• In-depth understanding of MFCS, ReSA, ReIM, and relevant retail integration technologies.
• Strong experience leading transformation programs for Tier-1 Retailers.
• Exceptional ability to engage with various stakeholders and translate their needs into practical solution designs.
