ServiceNow Solution Architect (HAM/SAM)

We are urgently seeking an expert ServiceNow Solution Architect / Lead Developer to join a dynamic team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in the rollout of Now Assist and serve as the core Subject Matter Expert for Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM).

Role Overview:

• Work Mode: Remote (with very occasional travel to London)
• Contract Duration: 6 months (40 hrs/week)
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the SME for ServiceNow HAM and SAM, leading design sessions and contributing to sprint/project planning.
• Take full ownership of technical requirements and components related to HAM & SAM builds and implementations.
• Provide robust oversight of Technical Governance across the ServiceNow Platform.
• Design technical solutions and document High-Level Design (HLD) artifacts.
• Enforce coding standards across integrated development teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues and development blockers.
• Drive platform health management and contribute to the technical triage of major incidents.

What We Are Looking For:

• Expert Proficiency: Proven, expert-level experience (P4) in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Architectural Expertise: Strong background in translating complex client requirements into deliverable, differentiated platform solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Ability to collaborate, guide technical teams, and enforce platform governance and best practices.
