EWI Surveyor

I am reaching out to you as I am on the lookout for an EWI Surveyor to join a leading council within Cheltenham. This role will be overseeing the EWI projects for this council and dealing with the contractors on site.

Role: EWI Surveyor
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: Permanent and temporary rate negotiable

Responsibilities of the EWI Surveyor:

• Oversee contractors and EWI Projects.
• Contract administration and survey properties as well
• Low level project management skills

Skills needed to be successful for the EWI Surveyor role:

• Have knowledge of and dealt with EWI Projects
• Surveying experience needed
• Contract administration experience needed
• Social housing experience also needed
