Company

• Established regional Main Contractor who have a long term work stream in the Northampton region
• They work on Social Housing refurbishment projects.
• They have a long term contract and need an experienced Site Manager to help them deliver the project

Role

• Managing a new project starting which is a residential repair and maintenance scheme
• Internal refurbishment and decarbonisation of residential properties
• New project starting, long term duration - minmimun 1 year
• Directing the Site team and subcontractors.
• Report to a visiting Contracts Manager.
• Fast track Kitchen and Bathroom replacement scheme

Person specification

• You must have successfully delivered projects for a reputable contractor.
• You must have previous experience on Kitchen and Bathroom retrofit schemes in a social housing environment
• Knowledge of refurbishment and maintenance works
• Good communication skills with relevant paperwork and documentation.
• Worked on residential refurbishment projects
• Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
• You must have current CSCS, First aid, SMSTS certificates

Initially on a long term contract basis this role will also be open to applicants seeking a permanent appointment
