Associate Housing Solicitor — Position Overview:
This is a full-time hybrid role based in London Bridge, with opportunities for remote work. The Associate Housing Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of housing matters while delivering excellent client service and collaborating closely with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Housing Solicitor:
- Managing a range of housing-related legal matters from instruction through to resolution.
- Liaising with clients and managing relationships throughout the life of each matter.
- Preparing legal documents to a high standard.
- Conducting thorough legal research to support cases.
- Supporting and progressing legal proceedings.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Providing excellent client service while collaborating with team members.
Requirements of the Associate Housing Solicitor:
- Sound knowledge of housing law.
- Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
- Excellent client communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- A law degree or equivalent experience in housing and property law.
