As we continue to expand and evolve our enterprise systems landscape, we are seeking an experienced Certinia Solution Architect to lead the design, optimisation, and delivery of scalable Certinia solutions across the organisation.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled architect who can bridge business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring our Certinia platform supports operational excellence, business growth, and digital transformation initiatives.

The Role


As the Certinia Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and governing Certinia solution architecture across the enterprise landscape. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will ensure that Certinia solutions are strategically aligned, scalable, and delivered in accordance with best practices.

You will play a key role in shaping future-state architecture, influencing business decisions, and driving the successful adoption of Certinia capabilities throughout the organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Certinia solution architecture activities across the enterprise IT landscape.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust end-to-end Certinia solution designs.
  • Define solution architecture, configuration, and customisation approaches aligned with Certinia and Salesforce best practices.
  • Validate solution designs with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Communicate architectural principles, solution designs, and process impacts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influence cross-functional decision-making to ensure solution consistency, governance, and adoption.
  • Provide architectural leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and support.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business Systems, Delivery, and Engineering teams to ensure successful solution outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimisation within the Certinia platform.
  • Establish and maintain architectural standards, documentation, and governance frameworks.
  • Support system integrations and data architecture considerations across the wider enterprise ecosystem.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Certinia, advising on platform capabilities, roadmap considerations, and industry best practices.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Certinia Solution Architect, Senior Functional Consultant, or Solution Architect within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Deep expertise in Certinia (formerly FinancialForce), including one or more of:
  • Professional Services Automation (PSA)
  • Financial Management
  • Revenue Management
  • Resource Management
  • Billing and Accounting modules
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and ecosystem.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable solution designs.
  • Demonstrable experience leading workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and solution design reviews.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems integration principles and data architecture.
  • Experience working across multiple business functions including Finance, Professional Services, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive architectural decision-making.
