A well-established and highly regarded South West London law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team based in Wimbledon Village.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and technically strong solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team handling a broad range of high-quality contentious property matters.
About the role:
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload with supervision and support from the partner where required. The caseload will include a variety of contentious property matters acting for commercial landlords, developers and private individuals.
Your experience should include:
- 2–4 years’ PQE within Property Litigation.
- Experience handling leasehold disputes.
- Experience running matters within the First-Tier Tribunal.
- Commercial Landlord & Tenant experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
- Strong client care and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
